In this article I will describe my view of cryptocurrency as a system in general, from an existential point of view in some way.
Specifically:
According to online data, there are currently approximately 700 million wallets worldwide, including cold, hot, and inactive ones, representing approximately 7% to 10% of the population, and this figure is approaching 1 billion wallets.
My personal portfolio currently comprises approximately 40-50% of all assets (the percentage varies as I invest different amounts in different months).
And even if all of this collapses, even if the entire cryptocurrency market loses its value and everything collapses, I still support this type of asset class and will continue to do so, regardless of the outcome.
But what if many of these people are right? What if this really happens within the next 10 years, something that will bring some kind of financial freedom?
And then these billion people will truly be able to breathe a sigh of relief and live this life, unlike those who haven't embraced this new idea.
I'm sensible, so my portfolio includes stocks, physical metals, and about 5% fiat currency in cash. But I'm not going to stop investing in cryptocurrency for a minute, no matter how much I can. I've made many mistakes, lost a lot of money trying to make easy and quick money, and often succeeded! But in the long term, my choice is spot. I described this in more detail in my other article.
I'll highlight the main assets:
ETH (even though I really don't like this network)
$TON (a bit unique and specific, but it does exist)
P.S. I'm starting my journey again with $0, but now I have some experience and market insight, as well as analytical skills. I started my journey with stocks in the US market at 21.
I asked my friends to chip in $3,000 each and buy 1 BTC (it was worth $13,000 back then) - and since then, I've learned a lot.
Don't listen to anyone and do what you think is right. Mistakes are growth points, don't be afraid to make them!
Learn from your own experience and your own mistakes. Don't get into debt! It's better to be sitting with $0 than with -$1,000.
And if possible, try to learn from others' mistakes and avoid them in your own trades.
Now I'm 27, and I'm starting to invest again, $100-$250 a month, as best I can. But this time, I'm not going to stop...
