German exchange operator Boerse Stuttgart Group plans to combine its crypto division with Frankfurt based Tradias, a firm specializing in digital asset trading.
💵 The new entity will serve banks, brokers, and financial institutions across Europe. Its offering will span a full suite of services, including brokerage, custody, staking, and asset tokenization.
Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. According to Bloomberg, Tradias is valued at around €200 million, while the combined structure could exceed $590 million.
