For years I imagined the singularity as one giant model suddenly becoming smarter than everyone.
Now I think that idea might be wrong.
What if the real shift doesn’t happen when intelligence explodes…
But when coordination becomes invisible?
When agents talk to agents.
When data creates data.
When memory becomes infrastructure.
When incentives start deciding what gets built.
That thought made me stop looking only at outputs.
Because if autonomous systems become economically useful, the uncomfortable questions appear:
Who contributed?
Who remembers?
Who captures the value?
That’s partly why I started looking differently at ecosystems like @OpenLedger .
Not because I expect AGI tomorrow.
But because the idea behind #OpenLedger feels less about creating one perfect AI and more about creating rails where data, participation and outcomes can stay connected.
Meanwhile I keep watching how narratives rotate through $OPEN , $FIDA and $EDEN.
Maybe the singularity won’t arrive with a headline.
Maybe one day we’ll realize we were already inside it.
