Lately I’ve been spending more time researching AI-related crypto projects and one thing I noticed is that most discussions focus only on models and computing power, while very few people talk about the actual data layer behind AI systems.
That’s one reason why @OpenLedger caught my attention recently. The idea of building decentralized infrastructure around AI data, attribution, and contributions feels like something that could become much more important over time. As AI keeps expanding, questions around ownership, transparency, and rewarding contributors will probably matter a lot more than people think right now.
What I also like is that OpenLedger isn’t just trying to follow hype narratives. The project seems focused on creating an ecosystem where developers, contributors, and data providers can all participate in a more open way instead of everything being controlled by a few centralized companies.
A lot of people underestimate how valuable quality data is for AI development. Models can only improve if the underlying data improves too, and projects working on decentralized solutions in this sector could end up playing a huge role in the future AI economy.
Still early of course, but I think $OPEN is definitely worth watching closely as the AI + blockchain narrative keeps growing. Curious to see how the ecosystem develops from here 🚀
