S&P Dow Jones Indices said Alphabet Class A (GOOGL.O) will replace Verizon (VZ.N) in the Dow Jones Industrial Average before the market opens on June 29. According to Jin10, the index provider said Alphabet will be added to the blue-chip index as Verizon is removed.
