BOS, CHOCH, and MSS
1. BOS (Break of Structure)
Confirms the current trend.
Uptrend: Price breaks the previous High (HH).
Downtrend: Price breaks the previous Low (LL).
Indicates trend continuation.
2. CHOCH (Change of Character)
First sign of a possible trend reversal.
Price moves against the current trend.
Indicates potential change, not full confirmation.
3. MSS (Market Structure Shift)
Stronger reversal signal than CHOCH.
Shows the market is creating a new direction.
Indicates trend shift or reversal.
Easy Formula
✅ BOS = Continuation
⚠️ CHOCH = Warning of Reversal
🔄 MSS = Confirmed Shift/Reversal
