i’ve been staring at the $SOL charts all morning and honestly, it’s getting "sweaty" out there. 📉 Currently trading around $83.91, Solana is caught in a technical tug-of-war that has every Elliot Wave practitioner second-guessing their life choices lol.
Here is the "brutally honest" breakdown of what’s happening right now:
The Wave 4 Headache: i cannot confirm if Wave 4 is actually finished yet. unlike the simple correction we saw in Wave 2, this Wave 4 is shaping up to be a total mess—think complex structures like ABCDE or WXY. it’s a classic sideways grind designed to shake out weak hands.
The Bearish Shadow: we’ve got a head and shoulders pattern looming on the 3-day chart with a target near $56 if the neckline snaps. plus, institutional ETF inflows have dropped for six straight months. that "cushion" is looking pretty thin right now.
Neutral Zone RSI: RSI is sitting around 55, which is neutral ground. there’s room to move up, but no clear signal that the bottom is in.
My Play: jsut scalping shorts for now. until we reclaim the $86.09 (0.236 Fib) and stay above the $92.34 SMA, the bulls are still fighting an uphill battle.
The Bottom Line:
