I revisited $SIGN again this week after mostly sidelining it, and yeah… didn’t expect to get pulled this deep into the mechanics. I didn’t go heavy—just a small test position after missing a better entry earlier (still bugs me a bit). But once I started digging, it got harder to ignore.
What stands out to me is how @SignOfficial handles a very real problem—making data actually portable and verifiable across different systems.
Everything revolves around attestations. Simple idea: structured claims that are signed and provable. But the execution is flexible. You can keep full data on-chain for maximum trust, or just anchor a hash and store the rest off-chain to save costs. That trade-off is practical, not theoretical.

I’ve personally dealt with rebuilding the same validation logic across multiple environments, and it’s painful. SIGN’s schema system—basically reusable data templates—feels like a clean solution. Define it once, use it anywhere. That’s a big efficiency win.
The part I keep thinking about though is cross-chain verification.
Instead of the usual fragile bridges or centralized relayers, SIGN uses a network of TEEs. These nodes fetch and verify data, and only when enough of them agree does the result get finalized on-chain. It’s a structured flow—retrieve, check, reach consensus, publish.

That said, I’m not fully convinced yet.
