英國央行放寬穩定幣規則：£400B發行護欄來了！

英國央行最新穩定幣框架出爐📜 重點就兩件事：

1️⃣ 不搞個人持有上限了，改成每種系統性穩定幣 £400 億英鎊的發行護欄——這意味著用戶和企業可以無限制使用，但整體發行量有天花板。

2️⃣ 支持資產中最多 70% 可以配英國短期國債（之前是 60%），剩下放央行準備金帳戶確保隨時能贖回。

草案公開徵意见到 9 月 22 號，預計 2026 年底定案、2027 年正式運營。央行副總裁 Sarah Breeden 稱這是「世界領先的監管框架」。
