🟠Ledger owners are receiving paper letters at their home addresses — official-looking logos, warnings about quantum computer threats, and a QR code for an "urgent security update."
🟠The QR leads to a phishing site asking for a seed phrase. One person complied and lost $1M. #Wallet drained instantly.
🟠The addresses come from the 2020 Ledger data breach — 270k customer records that leaked and never really went away. The #Database just found a new use case.
🟠The scheme evolved: email blasts weren't converting well enough, so now it's physical mail. Official envelope, convincing copy, quantum threat narrative. Harder to dismiss than a spam folder.
🟠leLedger never sends physical letters. Never asks for a seed phrase. Not under any circumstances. Not for any reason.
💀 A 2020 data breach is still generating victims in 2025 — just with better production quality. Seed phrase goes in, balance goes out. Doesn't matter if the request comes via email, #websites , or an envelope with a logo on it.

Un uomo è riuscito a recuperare circa 400.000 dollari in Bitcoin dimenticati da oltre un decennio, grazie all’uso dell’intelligenza artificiale Claude di Anthropic.
La storia ha dell’incredibile: nel 2013 aveva acquistato 5 BTC a soli 250$ ciascuno, ma aveva perso l’accesso al wallet dopo aver dimenticato parte della seed phrase.
Per anni, i tentativi tradizionali di recupero, inclusi attacchi brute force, si sono rivelati inutili.
A quel punto ha deciso di cambiare approccio: ha caricato su Claude vecchi quaderni, file universitari e dati provenienti da un vecchio laptop.
L’AI ha analizzato enormi quantità di informazioni personali, individuando un collegamento nascosto tra un vecchio file wallet e una porzione incompleta della frase di recupero.
Questo insight ha permesso di ricostruire l’accesso.

BITCOIN PERDIDO DURANTE 10 AÑOS 😳

🚨 Un estudiante perdió acceso a una #Wallet con 5 $BTC hace más de 10 años después de cambiar la contraseña estando drogado en la universidad 😵💫
Intentó recuperarla durante años, probando aproximadamente 3.5 TRILLONES de combinaciones sin éxito 💀
Hace poco encontró una vieja frase semilla escrita en un cuaderno de la universidad 📓
Eso le permitió acceder al archivo antiguo de la wallet desde backups de su computadora… pero seguía encriptada con la contraseña olvidada.
Como último intento, le dio acceso a Claude a un dump viejo de su PC y pidió ayuda usando btcrecover.
El problema NO era la contraseña ❌
Era que btcrecover estaba usando incorrectamente los datos de recuperación, combinando mal la shared key y la password.
Después de corregir el comando de desencriptación, lograron descifrar las private keys correctamente 🔓
Luego:
• Convirtieron las claves a formato WIF
• Verificaron las direcciones
• Movieron los fondos exitosamente ✅
Resultado: más de $400,000 en Bitcoin recuperados 🧠🔥
Y sí… la contraseña final era esta:
“lol420fuckthePOLICE!*:)”
