ETHEREUM WILL UPGRADE FUSAKA IN NOVEMBER, FOLLOWED BY GLAMSTERDAM
🔹 Fusaka Hard Fork (Expected Mainnet: November 5–12)
— Goal: Improve Scalability, Performance, and Security of the Network
— Includes 11 Enhancement Proposals (EIPs), notably EIP-7825 to increase attack resistance
— EIP-7907 and EVM Object Format will be removed to speed up testing
🔹 Glamsterdam Upgrade (Expected 2026)
— Currently in planning phase
— May include:
• Shorten block processing time from 12 seconds to 6 seconds
• Increase gas limit to 45 million (currently supported by 50% of validators)
🔹 Fusaka is the next upgrade after Pectra (already deployed 6 months ago), demonstrating Ethereum's efforts to increase the speed and frequency of network upgrades.
