🔥Binance Accepts RWA as Off-Exchange Collateral
Binance expands its off-exchange settlement services for institutions by adding two collateral assets:
- USYC: a tokenized money market fund backed by US government bonds.
- cUSDO: a wrapped version of the USDO stablecoin - allowing holders to earn yield on reserves protected by US Treasury bonds.
Institutions can choose between two custody options for using USYC and cUSDO:
- Banking Triparty: custody with a third-party bank.
- MirrorRSV: cold wallet with on-chain auditability via Ceffu - Binance's custody partner.
This allows institutions to keep ownership off-exchange, optimize capital efficiency, and contribute to facilitating institutional participation in the Crypto market.
