Surf Point (SP) is SurfLayer’s native reward and recognition system. It is designed to track user activity, reward real on-chain participation, and reflect how actively you engage with the SurfLayer ecosystem.
Every action you perform on SurfLayer is recorded on-chain and converted into Surf Points, giving you a clear and transparent way to measure your participation.

What Is Surf Point
Surf Point represents your level of activity and engagement on SurfLayer.
Instead of rewarding isolated actions, Surf Point focuses on consistent on-chain behavior. It acts as:
A reward mechanism for active users
A verification signal for genuine on-chain activity
A qualification metric for future rewards, campaigns, and ecosystem incentives
The more you interact on SurfLayer, the more Surf Points you earn.
How to Earn Surf Points
You earn Surf Points by performing supported on-chain actions on SurfLayer. Each action has a base point value and is recorded directly to your wallet.

All actions are verifiable on-chain and contribute to your total Surf Point balance.
Streak Bonus for Consistent Activity
To encourage long-term participation, SurfLayer introduces a Streak Bonus. Maintaining consecutive daily activity unlocks extra Surf Points on top of base rewards.
Streak Rules
Maximum streak: 7 consecutive days
A streak resets if you are inactive for 24 hours
Each action (Deploy, Daily GM, Bridge) has its own independent streak
Streak Bonus Breakdown
The longer your streak, the higher your bonus.
Example:
If you keep a 7-day Daily GM streak, you earn:
10 SP (base) + 70 SP (streak bonus) = 80 SP for that day

Network Bonus Rewards
SurfLayer also offers Network Bonus Rewards to promote activity on specific networks. Some networks may provide extra Surf Points during active incentive periods. These bonuses are displayed directly in the Select Network section.
How Network Bonus Works
Networks with higher point values indicate active bonuses
Bonus values are added on top of base and streak rewards
Example:
If Daily GM on Base Network offers a 10 SP network bonus:
Final Reward = Base SP + Network Bonus + Streak Bonus
Surf Point Categories
SurfLayer separates Surf Points based on where the activity happens.
SPM – Surf Point Mainnet: Earned from verified actions on supported mainnet networks
SPT – Surf Point Testnet: Earned from testnet activities, events, or campaigns
This separation keeps rewards clear and transparent across different environments.
Why Surf Point Matters
Surf Point is more than just a number. It plays a key role in the SurfLayer ecosystem by:
Tracking real, verifiable on-chain participation
Rewarding consistent and meaningful activity
Strengthening eligibility for airdrops, quests, and campaigns
Supporting future utilities as the ecosystem grows
The more you engage on-chain, the more Surf Points you earn and the more value you unlock within the ecosystem.
