Resolution Criteria:
The market resolves based on which condition is met first:“$41” if the HYPE/USDT price on TradingView reaches or exceeds the Pump Target.“$26” if the HYPE/USDT price on TradingView drops to equal or below the Dump Target.
Resolution Details:
The market resolves based on the TradingView HYPE/USDT spot price, using the 1-minute chart with the following specifications:
1-minute timeframe ("1m")."Original" view."Close" price of each candle.
Only the price of HYPE/USDT as quoted by TradingView will be considered.
The primary Tradingview Spot Product used for resolution will be KuCoin. In case it becomes unavailable, experiences disruption or becomes otherwise unfit for a resolution, any other Spot Product may be used for resolution instead. An addendum will be added to the market in this case to inform participants of the change.
Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions:
The HYPE/USDT spot markets on TradingView are suspended or become unreliable.The TradingView platform is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions.Any circumstance that prevents reliable price tracking.Myriad Markets undergoes a change in its contract that demands a cancellation of all active markets, or a similar significant technical change.
