First, a Tel Aviv–Dubai flight turned around over Jordan and is heading back toward Israel.
At the same time, over Iraqi airspace, two Istanbul–Baghdad flights — operated by Turkish Airlines and Pegasus — are circling near Baghdad International Airport without declaring any emergency.
