APR vs. APY: What is the difference?
APR is Simple Interest. It does not account for compounding. If you put 100 in a 10% APR pool, you earn 10 after a year.
APY is Compound Interest. It accounts for interest earned on your interest. If it compounds daily, your 100 at 10% APY will earn you more than 10 over the year.
On Binance, look for Earn products. Understanding this helps you maximize your passive income.
