$ARC still grinding into resistance — if it wants higher, it has to prove it.

SL: 0.0420

TP1: 0.0345

TP2: 0.0325

TP3: 0.0300

The structure hasn’t changed much. The move up feels corrective, momentum expansion is missing and upside attempts keep stalling. With SL now wider above the local swing, this gives room for a final liquidity sweep before potential rotation. As long as acceptance above that level doesn’t happen, I’m still leaning downside.
