The way I understand MIRA staking is simple. It is not only about earning rewards. It is about responsibility.

In this system, verifier nodes are not paid for being loud, fast, or popular. They are rewarded for being correct. To take part, they must lock their own stake. Then they make verification decisions, and their own money stands behind every answer they give.

This changes how people behave.@Mira - Trust Layer of AI

If a verifier makes a bad or careless decision, their stake can be reduced or slashed. Because of this risk, guessing does not make sense. The system pushes verifiers to check carefully instead of choosing random outcomes. Accuracy becomes more important than speed.#web3

When someone locks more stake and commits for a longer time, it shows confidence in the system. It is like saying, “I trust this process enough to risk my own capital.” This “skin in the game” becomes the real source of trust.

That is the powerful part. #treading

In many systems, trust is simply expected. Here, trust is enforced by economic rules. If AI agent economies continue to grow, verification cannot rely only on reputation. It will survive because being wrong has a real cost.
