Metaplanet raised $255M through a new share placement

#Metaplanet has secured approximately $255M from global institutional investors through a new share placement priced at a 2% premium, alongside fixed-strike warrants at a 10% premium that could generate up to approximately $276M in additional capital if exercised. Metaplanet will utilize secured funds to advance its goal of acquiring 210,000 BTC, bringing its total funding to a maximum of approximately $531M.
