Aave approves Chainlink SVR expansion to Arbitrum and Base

@aave has passed a near-unanimous vote to integrate Chainlink’s Smart Value Recapture (SVR) on Arbitrum and Base, extending its existing deployment on Ethereum.

SVR has already recaptured over $16.7M in liquidation MEV for Aave, redirecting value from external searchers back to the protocol.
