More than 40% of altcoins are now at ATL, and the real signal is structural: supply has exploded while liquidity has not. With millions of tokens competing for the same capital, institutional flow is likely to concentrate into only the highest-liquidity names, while the rest keep bleeding.

This is exactly why I’m not treating this as a broad alt bounce setup. In a diluted market, attention and depth matter more than cheap prices, and that makes selective exposure the only edge worth respecting.
