Coinbase AI payments protocol moves to Linux Foundation

#Coinbase is advancing its #AI -focused payments protocol x402 by placing it under the #LinuxFoundation to develop it as an open standard for digital transactions.

The initiative has drawn support from major firms including Google, Stripe, and Amazon Web Services, alongside others participating in the newly formed x402 Foundation.
