The Israel Defense Forces said on April 6 that the Israeli Air Force completed a series of airstrikes on infrastructure in Tehran after earlier reports from Iran said attacks in eastern Tehran killed 4 people. Those Iranian reports said 7 people were injured. Those reports also said 3 residential buildings were completely destroyed and another 50 were severely damaged.
