Bitcoin rose to a weekly high above $69,000 after Reuters reported that the U.S. and Iran are discussing a potential 45-day ceasefire. CoinGlass data showed more than $200 million in crypto short positions were liquidated over 24 hours, about four times more than long liquidations. Oil fell 1.4% from Friday's close, while the Nikkei and S&P 500 futures also moved higher.
