Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baghaei said US threats to strike Iranian energy and industrial infrastructure amount to war crimes under international humanitarian law and the Rome Statute. Baghaei also warned that any country assisting Washington in such actions would bear legal responsibility.
