At first glance, this looks like a positive diplomatic turn. But once you read the actual points, it becomes obvious that this is about much more than a two-week pause. It is about leverage, recognition, territory, sanctions, and long-term strategic control.
That is why I think the market and the public often react to the wrong part first. The word “ceasefire” creates relief, but the conditions decide whether that relief has any real foundation.
