I tried Pixels without thinking about tokens ROI or alpha.

Just curiosity.

And it actually felt like a game. That alone is rare in Web3.

You log in play a bit log out. No pressure to optimize every second.

Then the token mindset kicks in.

And suddenly it’s not just a game anymore: How early am I? Is this sustainable?

That shift is always the trap in Web3 gaming.

Still Pixels feels more balanced than most.

The economy exists but it doesn’t fully control the fun.

Simple question: If the token disappeared tomorrow would people still play?

Some probably would.

And that says a lot.
