Details include:
1. The USA and Iran are negotiating a tripartite plan to end the war
2. One of the discussed elements - the USA will unfreeze 20 billion dollars of Iranian funds under sanctions in exchange for Iran's refusal of its stockpile of enriched uranium.
3. Part of Iran's highly enriched uranium will be sent to a third country, and part will be in Iran under international control.
4. Iran will be allowed to have nuclear research reactors for the production of medical isotopes, but it undertakes that all its nuclear facilities will be above ground.
The second round of talks between the US and Iran is expected in Pakistan on Sunday.
