On 4H, price is still above MA30 and MA200, but the real damage is on 15m: price slipped under MA7 and MA30, RSI has cooled hard, and MACD remains negative after the rejection from the 0.00771 area. That is not what strong continuation usually looks like. Fundamentally, the chart is also fighting awkward timing because AITECH is dealing with token-swap / smart-contract-upgrade disruption on BitMart, even though staking participation remains high.
