I've been monitoring the $PORTAL /USDT 15-minute chart, and it’s showing a classic "pump and dump" retracement pattern. After a massive volatility spike to 0.01513, the price collapsed back down, finding a temporary floor around 0.01317. Currently, the price is consolidating in a tight range and struggling to reclaim the MA25 and MA99 levels, which are acting as strong resistance overhead. While the MA7 is starting to curl upward, the lack of follow-through buying volume suggests this is more of a "dead cat bounce" or accumulation phase before another move.
