The Token He Forgot About
A friend of mine bought a small amount of crypto during the early stages of the last cycle.
Nothing dramatic — about $500. He wasn’t trying to become rich. He just wanted to “see what happens.”
He stored the tokens in his wallet… and forgot.
No charts.
No panic.
No chasing pumps.
Just forgot.
Years passed.
The market went through fear, euphoria, another crash.
And one day, completely randomly, he opened that wallet again.
The $500 had become $38,000.
He didn’t become rich.
But the lesson was priceless.

“If I had checked the price every day…
I would have sold it at +15%.”
That hit me hard.
People don’t lose because the market is against them.
They lose because they don’t know how to wait.
Today, when I pick coins, I don’t look for hype.
I look for ecosystems that can mature with time:
• $SUI — rapidly growing developer ecosystem & strong infrastructure development
• $INJ (Injective) — one of the most active chains in real DeFi adoption
• $MANTA — strong execution in ZK and scaling technology
I don’t expect them to moon tomorrow.
I don’t care about today’s candle.
I am buying time — not price.
Sometimes the difference between $500 and $38,000
is simply whether you let time work for you.
