Circle Publishes Arc Whitepaper and Shares Token Allocation Plan
Circle has released the whitepaper for Arc, an institution-focused Layer 1 blockchain, and plans to launch the Arc mainnet this summer. Arc will have a total supply of 10 billion ARC tokens, and 60% of the supply is allocated for ecosystem development to support network growth (such as developer support, incentives, and partnerships).
