According to NS3.AI, the company emphasized that any unapproved sale or transfer of its stock, or any interest in it, will be considered void and not recognized in its records. Meanwhile, PreStocks, a platform involved in these transactions, clarified that buyers of Anthropic-linked tokens receive economic exposure rather than equity rights. The underlying structure of these tokens remains unclear, and the market has implied a valuation exceeding $1.5 trillion.
