U.S. Senate Has a Narrow Window to Move Crypto Market Structure Legislation
The U.S. Senate may have a realistic window to pass a crypto market structure bill from June through early August. If lawmakers don’t make progress in that timeframe, the bill could be pushed back by election season and competing legislative priorities, according to NYDIG’s Head of Research.
