Royal Bank of Canada reported 2,000 shares of the Bitwise XRP ETF in its Q1 2026 13F filing, valued at approximately $30,000 - modest against RBC’s $570 billion portfolio, but a first. RBC was previously a founding member of Ripple’s Global Payments Steering Group and has published research showing XRP reduces per-payment costs for banks by 46%.
