Been noticing a shift lately with how people talk about crypto apps. A year ago everyone wanted the platform with the most features possible. Now it feels like users are getting tired of digging through endless menus just to swap, stake, or track something.

That’s partly why $GENIUS caught my attention.

What stood out to me wasn’t some huge promise. It was more the direction. The interface feels like it’s built for people who already understand crypto but don’t want the experience to feel like operating trading software from 2017. There’s a difference between “advanced” and just unnecessarily complicated.

I’ve seen this happen outside crypto too. The products that usually stick around are the ones people can return to daily without friction. Especially now when the market is slower and users are more selective with where they spend time.

A lot of crypto platforms still seem designed around impressing power users on day one. But regular users care more about clarity, speed, and not feeling lost after every update.

GENIUS seems aligned with that trend from what I’ve explored so far. Not trying too hard, just simplifying things in a space that often overcomplicates itself.

Curious if others feel the same — are simpler crypto platforms actually becoming more important now, or do advanced users still prefer feature-heavy ecosystems?
