$ETH ETH Staking Rate Reaches Record 32.4%, Circulating Supply and Reserves on Exchanges Continue to Decline

Ethereum has just recorded its highest staking rate ever: 32.4%. Approximately 39 million ETH ($80 billion) are locked in validating nodes, nearly one third of the total supply.

Since The Merge, the staking rate has continuously increased, leading to a gradual decrease in the amount of ETH circulating and reserved on exchanges.

The record high staking rate shows the long-term confidence of ETH holders, despite price volatility.

ETH is continuously being withdrawn from circulation for staking → reducing selling pressure in the spot market, supporting the price in the long term.
