Most people seem focused on whether Bedrock can attract more TVL. What stands out to me is where that liquidity is starting to move.

The market still tends to view BTCFi through an Ethereum lens, but Bedrock pushing BR and uniBTC deeper into Solana feels more important than another headline TVL milestone. Liquidity doesn't become more valuable because it's larger. It becomes more valuable when it can participate in more places without losing its identity.

I've noticed that the strongest ecosystems aren't necessarily the ones with the most capital. They're the ones that reduce friction between capital and opportunity. Every time Bitcoin-backed liquidity gains access to a new environment, user behavior changes. More strategies appear. More integrations become possible. More reasons emerge to keep assets productive instead of idle.

What's interesting is that this creates a different kind of retention. Users aren't staying because of rewards alone. They're staying because the liquidity itself becomes embedded in a growing set of activities across chains.

The market often treats cross-chain expansion as distribution. I'm starting to think it's closer to infrastructure.

This isn't about where liquidity sits anymore. It's about how many ecosystems depend on it.
