GoPlus Security plans to introduce additional GPS token utilities—Rollocker, a Prediction Market, and a limited-time APY boost on Custos—on May 14, as noted in the project’s post on X (source). Mechanically, these features can require or incentivize holding and locking GPS (e.g., for participation, staking, or yield), which may temporarily increase token demand and reduce circulating supply. The APY boost in particular can attract capital inflows seeking short-term yield. Historically, such utility launches and yield campaigns often drive speculative buying and higher on-chain activity ahead of and during the promo, followed by normalization once incentives taper.
