Israel's withdrawal from Lebanon is not a condition of the agreement.
The agreement is a ceasefire and it will not be a unilateral ceasefire.
So if Iran cannot control Hezbollah and they attack Israeli positions or Israeli areas, Israel will have the right to defend itself and retaliate.
