U.S. Vice President Vance said he would invite other countries to invest in Iran if Iran complies with rules.

According to Odaily, Vance made the remarks in a speech on Fox News.

He also said that an agreement explicitly includes a provision to waive transit fees for the Strait of Hormuz.
