Good afternoon vs Good Day

Former Fed Chair Jerome Powell usually started press conferences with “Good afternoon” or “Hello, everyone.”

Traders would take positions in the market in advance based on how the press conference began.

Now, newly appointed Kevin Warsh uses the phrase “Good day” at press conferences.

In your opinion, does starting like this indicate taking long or short positions in the market?
