#opg $OPG @OpenGradient
I used to think token disputes = code only.
OpenGradient made me slow down 🧠
Thesis:
OPG has on-chain life...
But argument risk lives off-chain ⚖️
3 things matter:
1. 1B fixed supply
Disputes fight over KNOWN scarcity.
Not elastic cap hopium.
2. Cayman law = legal home
Interpretation has jurisdiction.
Not global guessing game 🌍
3. Binding arbitration + class-action waiver
Less lawsuit noise ✅
But small users = less visible ❌
Code verifies compute.
But responsibility? Still not 100% on-chain 🧩
Question:
Trust code finality, or Cayman arbitration when rules get tested?
