You will see advice to take a bullish ASML forecast and open a high leverage long. I want to push back, because that is how people get liquidated.

A forecast is a guess, not a fact. ASML is a volatile, cyclical chip name, and high leverage on a guess means a normal pullback can wipe you out before the thesis ever plays out. Being bullish is not a reason to be reckless.

If I act on a view at all, I use low leverage, a defined stop, and small size. I trade via ASML on Bitunix, a leveraged derivative, not real shares. Most traders lose. Treat high leverage as a red flag, not a strategy. Not advice.
