Price failed to hold above the prior high and rolled over after tapping supply near 4.82. The bounce from 4.17 looks corrective, not impulsive, and structure is still printing lower highs. Momentum remains weak below resistance.

As long as ICP stays capped under the supply zone, downside continuation toward demand is favored.
