I want to make this very clear, $4 is not weak despite recent swings. I have studied the chart and they are compressing near a key equilibrium zone. My search shows repeated reactions around the same support, which tells me buyers are still present.
This is why you need patience here. The condition is neutral-to-bullish, and expansion usually comes after this type of structure. If you want upside, timing matters more than direction.
