The country for the first time fixed the regulation of digital assets in the basic law on banks.
👉 The National Bank will gain control over stablecoins, licensed crypto exchangers and transaction limits.
👉 Cryptocurrencies were allocated to a separate category, and tokenised assets received legal status.
👉 Crypto infrastructure will be included in the financial monitoring system (AML).
They also officially consolidated the digital tenge and allowed banks to develop fintech and blockchain more actively.
