On the weekly timeframe, Bitcoin has reached a Fair Value Gap (FVG) that is valid on both the weekly and daily timeframes. Price has rejected from the weekly FVG and is now moving to the downside, indicating bearish pressure from higher timeframes.
On the daily timeframe, there is a weak Order Block (OB) below the current price. As long as this OB holds, price may attempt a short-term reaction.
However, if this Order Block breaks, we can expect continuation to the downside.
Bearish Targets if OB Breaks:
• 89,325
• 86,430
• 84,410
Overall, rejection from the weekly FVG combined with a weak daily OB supports a bearish scenario unless strong bullish displacement appears
