U.S. President Donald J. Trump stated that he has held talks with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte on issues concerning Greenland and the broader Arctic region, forming a preliminary framework for a future agreement.
Based on this progress, the tariff measures originally scheduled to take effect on February 1 will not be implemented for now.
The parties will continue consultations on the "Golden Dome" matter concerning Greenland.
