$RIVER was rejected hard near the 82.5 area as I predicted and then dropped fast toward 37.9. After this strong sell-off, price is moving sideways but buyers are not showing strength. The current move looks like a pause after heavy selling, not a real recovery. Every small bounce is getting sold, showing sellers are still in control. As long as RIVER stays below 46, the structure favors more downside.
